Return and Refund Policy

At SteadyPaws, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase.

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumable items (such as supplements or chews) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.
